MTB trip between sacred and profane

Giro in bici fra sacro e profano - dicembre 2015

For many mountaineers summits are holier than churches, this trip touched both, therefore in the end my soul were lighter than at the beginning.
The summit is a low, secondary but panoramic elevation, the church is one of the oldest, holiest, more artfully painted of high lands of Veneto (link). The trip passed through Feltre, its historic downtown is well conserved. But... there is always a yang for every yin, in fact I unfortunately chose a wrong descent, where it was not possible to ride the bike (link).
Per molti alpinisti le cime sono più sacre delle chiese, questo giro li tocca entrambi, pertanto alla fine la mia anima era più leggera che all'inizio.
La cima è un colle basso, secondario ma panoramico, la chiesa è una delle più antiche, più sante, più abilmente dipinte delle terre alte del Veneto (link). Il giro passa attraverso Feltre, il cui centro storico è ben conservato. Ma ... c'è sempre uno yang per ogni yin, infatti ho purtroppo scelto una discesa sbagliato, dove non era possibile stare in sella (link).
