Warm days finally have arrived, therefore it is possible to ride the bicycle in the prealps; these mountains are "smaller" than the alps but sometimes they are harder because the drop between the valley and the summit it's higher.
Finalmente sono arrivate le giornate calde, si può quindi andare a pedalare nelle prealpi; queste montagne sono più "piccole" rispetto alle alpi, ma qualche volta sono più impegnative perché il dislivello fra la valle è la cima è maggiore.

Along the long way to the summit it is possible to look a lot of different flowers in reason of the high difference in altitude, but it's not possible to take of pictures of every flower and to ride a long trip.
Percorrendo la lunga strada verso la cima è possibile vedere un sacco di fiori diversi in ragione dell'elevato dislivello, ma non è possibile fotografarli tutti e pedalare un giro lungo.

We climbed up the south side of Tomatico mountain, then we had a hard descent to the North. An other long uphill to d'Avien saddle and the final dive, we were burned out and the descent was physique and dangerous, a potentially risky situation; on the other side we had a lot of fun.
Siamo saliti sul lato sud del monte Tomatico, quindi siamo scesi, con parecchio impegno, verso Nord. Un'altra lunga salita alla forcella d'Avién e il tuffo finale, eravamo cotti e la discesa era fisica e pericolosa, una situazione potenzialmente rischiosa; dall'altro lato è una discesa emozionante.

Curiosity / Curiosità:
- Near the elevated points of the travel, Tomatico Mt. and d'Avien saddle, were fighted important battles during the first world war. Nei pressi dei punti elevati del giro, il Monte Tomatico e la forcella d'Avien, sono state combattute battaglie importanti durante la prima guerra mondiale.
- In Dumela's valley it's possible to see a "fojarol", a building used as hayloft characterized by a leaves roof. Nella valle di Dumela è possibile vedere un "fojarol", un edificio adibito a fienile caratterizzato da un tetto di fascine di rami di faggio intrecciate.
